Managing organic social media for 12+ diverse clients with tailored strategies, from content strategy and copywriting to visual creation and post scheduling.
Challenge
For organizations across industries—from nonprofits and local banks to real estate firms, logistics distributors, and even heavy machinery providers—maintaining a strong social media presence is both essential and challenging. Each client faced unique obstacles: limited internal resources, inconsistent posting cadence, lack of clear audience targeting, and difficulty translating brand identity into engaging digital content.
The challenge was to not only sustain regular, high-quality posting but also to build strategies tailored to each client’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Content needed to feel relevant and authentic to diverse audiences, while also aligning tightly with brand guidelines and supporting broader marketing and sales initiatives. With platforms, formats, and audience expectations constantly evolving, clients required a structured yet flexible approach to ensure their presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram was both consistent and effective.
Solution
I managed organic social media programs for over a dozen clients, providing end-to-end strategy and execution:
- Strategic foundation: Researched each client’s ICP, developed tailored content pillars, and designed channel-specific strategies to connect with target audiences.
- Content creation: Produced a wide range of assets—including static images, polls, sliders, short-form video, and event candids—optimized for each platform’s proportions and mobile usability. Copywriting and script development were integrated to ensure messaging consistency.
- Campaign agility: Designed and launched quick-turnaround campaigns around live events, generating pre-event anticipation, real-time updates, and post-event engagement.
- Brand alignment: Maintained voice, tone, and visual standards across all content to reflect each client’s distinct identity.
- Execution & optimization: Scheduled posts 2–3 times per week (or as needed) directly on platforms or through Buffer. Tracked engagement and impression metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously refine content strategy.
By combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, I helped clients maintain a cohesive, professional presence that not only boosted engagement but also reinforced brand credibility and supported wider organizational goals.
