Challenge

Sti-Co Antenna Solutions needed a trade show booth system that could adapt to the diverse range of expos and industries they serve. With antennas supporting government agencies, military, public safety, communications, transportation, and freight, each event presented a different opportunity to speak to a specific audience and showcase relevant applications.

Rather than developing a single fixed booth configuration, Sti-Co sought a versatile exhibit solution that could scale to accommodate different booth footprints and event requirements. The system needed to maintain a cohesive, recognizable brand presence whether deployed as a large, prominent exhibit or a more compact footprint, while also allowing the featured imagery and messaging to change depending on the expo.

Solution

Working hand-in-hand with the printer, I designed a modular exhibit system around a series of interchangeable components that can be snapped together and configured to accommodate a wide range of booth sizes, industries, and layouts.

The modular system includes:

  • Left and right curved end-wing backdrop panels, creating a distinctive branded enclosure for larger booth configurations.
  • Left and right flat backdrop panels that can be used independently or paired with the curved wings for additional scale and flexibility.
  • A cabinet stand with integrated TV mount for digital presentations, product information, and event-specific content.
  • A cabinet stand with shelf mount for displaying products, literature, or supporting materials.
  • A central hero image panel featuring the Sti-Co logo and interchangeable industry-specific imagery.
  • A standalone branded welcome table for greeting attendees and providing a dedicated point of engagement.
  • A compact barstool-height table with integrated wireless phone charging docks, providing an additional functional touchpoint for booth visitors.

The result is a single, adaptable exhibit system that reflects the versatility of Sti-Co's antenna solutions. By combining interchangeable imagery with a flexible panel and display system, the booth can evolve from expo to expo; supporting different industries, audiences, messaging priorities, and maximum booth footprints without sacrificing brand consistency or visual presence.
